Andrew greeted me at my car and was very efficient at getting me checked in. He made special notes for my car and they were followed. He set me up with Lyft and worked flawlessly. The only issue I have is that when I got to the dealership to pick up the car I had to wait an additional 30mins. If the car wasn’t ready that’s ok but when you tell me the car is ready, I’m not not sure why the additional time to get the keys. Otherwise service is always friendly and everyone I meet is very nice.

I made an appt and it still took 5 hours for the service, but I was told it would be fine before closing. I then received a text 3 min before closing that my car was done, which was not enough time to come back to the dealership, so ai had to make arrangements to come back the following day.
In addition, I received multiple phone calls and texts about my "missed appt", even after I called to let them know I had dropped off my vehicle at my appt time.
Everyone at Lexus was friendly. They had a loaner for me to use while my car was serviced. No complaints. I drive from West LA out to Glendale to get my car serviced there because I really like the staff there.
