After being told my car was ready I had to wait a 1/2 hour once I arrived to pick it up. No apologies, just surely.
I have been nothing but completely blown away by the customer service Lexus provides. Every single person I come into contact with is friendly, professional, and has an ease about them that lets me know it’s a positive working environment. Our sales person Kendrick was there and we just love him! I have recommended Kendrick to friends as well as Lexus of Glendale. I look forward to being a customer for life!

This is long overdue but I’d like to note that I’ve always liked the Lexus of Glendale service team. I didn’t think the experience could be better until Taha Aoukal was my advisor! He was above and beyond the most knowledgeable and helpful! I’m not the most intuitive when it comes to cars so his patience with my questions and his amazing answers really was a whole other level of experience. I have anxiety when it comes to buying and servicing but he made the process so painless and every concern I had with my car was taken care of! Also Cristian who set the appointment made everything so easy to come in!!
