I just did not expect the work on my Lexus to be done that quickly. Because when I made my appt. I was told that it would take 2-3 days to fix the (Recall) issue with the back-up camera. So I was surprised when Jorge (service guy) told me that I can pick it up the following morning. I also like to commend the nice Lady who assisted me with my loaner vehicle. She was really thorough in explaining to me the whole process & she was the same person who accepted the loaner when I returned it the following morning.

Mark worked with my collision company to arrange for this strange buzzing sound in my car after my car was involved in an accident. The process was seamless and I am so very happy that my car is finally fixed. Mark answered all my questions and helped with making a very confusing process less confusing.
