Very bad experience. I brought my car I had just purchased three days earlier for front end alignment. After three hours of waiting I finally got my car back. The car was washed the day before but they decided to wash it anyway and left water spots all over.The floor mat was wet and now when I start my air conditioner there's is a bad smell. My phone was no longer connected to my car and instead there was someone else's I phone. I didn't ask fir a 90 point inspection and when I read it it stated all the tires were at 36 PSI. The cars computer shows way different and so does the guage when measured. So I'm wondering how much they really checked or are they just filling in a form. What a terrible experience.

The communication and multiple service issues that were addressed and handled professionally in a timely manner. They truly went above and beyond and their kindnesses went a long way for me. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about your sales department, however your service department saved the day.
