I recently went in for service and was told I needed a battery to be change. There was a picture of a dirty terminal with some corrosion. No diagnostic regarding battery life and I recieved the car back with corrosion on battery terminal. It cost nothing to clean a terminal for all the money I paid for the sevice. A little baking soda and water. It took me less than 5 min. I get that u try to get rid of the vehicle asap but like I said it was a 5 min clean up job. Disappointed. I get that batteries eventually go bad but the battery working great so far great after the clean up.
Overall good experience dealer took care of the job and returned my car in good condition thanks

I came to Lexus to get my car serviced on 6/8/26 at 1:00 PM. I thought Chris Garabedian, was who helped me … I apologize it was Mark ! He was so kind and informative. It was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had with Lexus.
I never purchase any add-ons, but he talked me into adding them. It felt like he was being more informative rather than trying to pressure me into buying something I really didn’t need.
