The technician working on the vehicle left wiring connector hanging loss
I have to return to inform the advisor Alex about the issues.
Alex taken a quick looked at the loose connector, then asked if any indicator light on dashboard. My answer was none, advisor states he’ll check with the technician then returned a moment later stating that scope connector. My big disappointment was advisor asked if someone try to work on my vehicle?
I told the advisor you guys already found the problems. The reason I can’t afford at this time.
The conclusion on this theory the technician not put thing back where it belongs and advisor asked me if I get someone messing up the vehicle.
That nonsense.
I’m very disappointed on the issues.

Mitchell is very professional and prompt service advisor. He was able well explain all work that required to be completed on the vechile. And of course, he was listening very carefullyto understand the complains I had with vechile and ensure nothing is missed. Thanks for super fast and quality service.

I really liked the new video walk through of the inspection.
Lexus TX350. Had an appointment at 12pm. Waited in the service bay for almost an hour just to be checked in.
After being checked in, I wanted again for over an hour to get a loaner vehicle. I called 3 times to make sure I had the largest loaner available because I have two toddlers and for the safety of them I needed a larger vehicle.
When I finally received a vehicle, they more than unhelpful young lady gave me a UX. The smallest car possible. When I told her I called 3 times to make sure I had the NX, her response was again more than useless and unhelpful.
After getting my car back. I was handed the keys and no explanation of anything that they did to the car. How the recall remedy was done etc. No one met me to discuss anything. Overall, the experience was not great and I would not recommend coming here again. Other than the car being returned the day it was promised, I did not have a great experience.
Mitch was great! One of the best service advisors I have worked with at Lexus of Glendale.
