My car was returned to me dirtier than when I brought it in. I was told it would be left inside and it clearly was not as to how dirty it was. Also, I saw it was left unlocked the whole time with the key fob left in the vehicle. I didn’t feel my car was secure left there. This “service” of giving a loaner to RZ owners/lessees is not one I will be using again. I’d prefer to leave a hold on a credit card if you’re afraid the loaner isn’t going to come back to the dealer or come back messed up than leave my car that if at my home would be locked and in a covered garage. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Tony is such a professional and efficient advisor. His diligence in servicing my car was not overlooked. I asked that they return the car fully charged to me, and that was completed as promised. His communication is unmatched and I will be requesting him for ALL future service needs moving forward.

Took way too long to get the car. Too many of the staff around submitting the car and getting the car are not fast or pleasant.
