The only thing that killed my satisfaction was that the inside of the car was dirty. There was like dirt on the dashboard. It looked like they put a dirty shoes on it and left dirt. Also there were like marks of shoe dirt on the door in the driver side. Also whoever disconnected the dash cam did not connect it back. I hope the people who handle the job in these cars are more careful and not leave a dirty car interior. I just wonder if they even did the oil change and the wheel rotation that I paid for.

I was told the necessary part would be delivered at 9 AM the second day of service. I called for status and was told it would not be delivered till noon and we surmise the car would be ready by 3:30 that afternoon. I called for a status at three, 315, 330, and 345, and never got a response. On my next call the representative said the car was ready and at 4:20 my paperwork was finalized. I have come to this dealer since 1990, I have never been less well informed about status.

Alex was great. The service is really slow today. Hopefully it’s a fluke…
It took over 40 minutes to drop off my vehicle for a 95,000 service. Less than 5 minutes were with Eddie Bakalian, who was excellent. The dealership was understaffed as I had too long of waits for getting a service manager and processing to get a “loaner” car. There were 8 cars in front of me and I had to sit on street for over 10 minutes to get onto the property.
