The service was great! Jorge did a great job and Chris the manager did a great job also but the prices need to be better for me to come back. $400 for a 3 hour labor charge is too much.
Mitchell was awesome! Me and my wife will request him to be our service advisor in the future.

I really appreciate Argenos taking the time to explain the issues that come with a dead battery. I did not understand that with a new battery there needs to be a rebooting of the system. Also Argenis gave me good information on how to prevent me from draining my battery again.Thank you & Bravo.
I never received a message stating that my car was ready to be picked up. When I called at 5:50, they said they would get my car ready and have it ready knowing that I’d be there 5 to 10 minutes after closing. When I arrived on site, I gave the keys back to the loaner car and went inside to check out when I spoke to the young lady at the checkout station, she was beyond rude. She stayed it because I did not have a late pick up. They were closed and I couldn’t get my car. I’ve been explained that I never received a call and that I apologize for being there late, but I lost track of time and then I needed my car before Monday. She then stated that my car was not ready which is why I had not received a call I explained that that didn’t make sense as this was just a routine service nothing major. She then stated that she would need to talk to her manager during this interaction with her. She was again rude dismissive, and was acting like I was an inconvenience to her not a customer while the manager was very polite and apologetic, and then reviewed and stated that I did not receive a text message to pick up my car and apologize for the inconvenience. The interaction with the young lady at the front desk had made my experience unpleasant to the point where I do not think I’ll be going back to Lexus of Glendale
Service completed in a timely fashion while I waited. Complimentary car wash a great perk.
Excellent customer service from the entire Lexus team. The maintenance staff went into a thorough explanation of what needed to be fixed as well as the previous history regarding minor repairs. I appreciated the solid communication and quick turnaround of my vehicle .
As always I’m completely satisfied with my service yesterday. Mark took good care of me. I waited for my vehicle and it was ready as promised .
I enjoyed the coffee, cookie and massage chair as I waited . Thank you!
