Service is great but when I went to pick up the car it took one hourctocgrtvthe car although I was told it was ready.
Brought in car due to master warning light being on. Diagnostic showed that the battery needed replacing. Battery ( Duralast) was purchased 2 years ago. Took the battery in to Auto Zone ( 2 separate locations) which confirmed battery was iin 100% good condition. Wife picked up car and brought home. Master warning light was never cleared. Talked to Sergio and had to bring the car back to get the light cleared. The cost for a simple diagnostic was $260. I learned a valuable lesson to not bring the car to Lexus of Glendale again. I will also put the word out to my friends and family, some of which live locally and are Lexus owners. Nothing was fixed and the recommendation of a replacement battery was wrong. A complete refund would be the right thing to do. My wife and I were extremely disappointed. On a positive note, the team was friendly. Sincerely, Ray Achterman
My service advisor was great. However my car was returned with a cracked windshield … I found it very concerning that i was told I would need to follow up with the service manager when he got back on Friday…rather than say, we’ll have them contact you.
Fact of the matter is, if they slammed my windshield wipers down onto the window when washing, it is my opinion that Lexus of Glendale is responsible and should just offer to repair or replace.
Everything went smooth and well, and I’m very happy for the service that was done. The gentleman had a great customer service.

Some unexpected issues with a door sensor in my NX popped up and Mitch immediately got a hold of Nelson in the service dept. Nelson figured out what the problem is. I really appreciate how quickly that the intermittent sensor was identified and how a solution is in the works. Thank you -
