Since day one that I bought my car from Lexus of Glendale I was blown away with the customer service I got from Diego sells person and the finance gentleman, I had a lx 470 that I bought for several services and the customer service quality made me to stay with you guys and buy a Gx from you , my last visit again as usual it was flawless and Tony is amazing and so helpful, thank you all , for such an amazing customer service, thank you to all who works behind the scenes, the only thing I was hoping to have my hood fixed and you guys were not able to find the parts

I have been coming to Lexus of Glendale for 30 years. During my service visit I was given a courtesy vehicle! The vehicle was dirty. I was disappointed that I was given a dirty vehicle. Also when I made the service appointment I left them know I was bringing it in for the safety recalls. Instead of having the vehicle done in one day, they had to keep my vehicle overnight because they didn’t have the part that needed to be replaced. I live in Seal Beach! This was a huge inconvenience for me. They knew the day I made the appointment. They should have had the part in stock.

The car was ready same day & didn’t stay overnight. I was given a brand new UX for a loaner which I enjoyed. And I was notified that my car was ready ASAP.
