I was very disappointed in the customer service I received today. Phadrarasaddawong did not inform me when the vehicle was ready. I waited 5 hours for my vehicle to be done from it's oil change. I thought 5hrs was absurd for an oil change. He said "you're still here?! I texted you a while ago" I told him "where did you text me to?" He checked his text message history, he then noticed he never informed me my vehicle was ready for pick up.
