I would say that he knows what’s he’s doing .. answers all my questions and he’s always there to update me about my car .. and there are times that he’s 1 step ahead of what I wanted him to do to complete the work in my car .. and I really appreciate that .. thank you, keep up the good work and more power ..

Argenis was extremely nice and courteous. He handled my wife’s tire problem to our satisfaction. He explained the tire warranty and repair process. He arranged a loaner car for her use. I have heard only good things about the service received.

I've been bringing in my car for years to Lexus of Glendale. Excellent service, fair pricing, welcoming waiting area with massage chairs, computers, hot and cold drinks, and snacks. The service area is immaculate and impressive. Tony has been my service consultant the last three times and is personable, professional, and such a nice guy. Even though I've moved out of the area, I still manage to bring my car to Lexus of Glendale.

The trunk does not open. I asked for it to be fixed during my most recent service check. It appears the technician started-the setback was lowered, but it was not repaired.

The service is always wonderful but one minor problem has not been resolved. There are times when I am unable to open my rear tailgate using the button on the dash. No one has told me if there is a good, fundamental reason for this limitation such as my car is in gear or the wrong door is open, etc. Nor has anyone been able to duplicate the issue at the shop. I would like to have this connivence usable when needed. Thank you for asking.
