We got the car back not washed at all
Had lots of trouble trying to confirm what had actually been done to my car, I had specifically hoped to have had the cabin air filter replaced but that didn’t happen with this 15k mile check-in. Someone was supposed to ride with me to listen for a grinding that happens with the suspension when going over speed bumps, no one did that. My car was rinsed but the windows were left completely streaked, and the steering wheel was disgusting— it felt like whoever drove it after the wash had dirt all over their hands and didn’t care to wipe it off!?! I have never picked up my car in that disappointing of a condition after a drop off with you all. Extremely, extremely disappointed.
