I went to pick up my car and discovered a break on my tail light on the drivers side which probably occurred before I took the car to the shop and all I wanted was a quotation for installation of the tail light. The cost of buying it was $741 including tax and installation was $278 but in order to get a discount on installation I was supposed to speak to the boss,Chris. Mr Chris was extremely busy helping others or talking to someone on the phone and I was just standing out there asking for help but everyone appeared so busy or not available to help at all until a kind gentleman Mark Mejia tried to help me out, but I still didn’t get the discount I thought I would get especially being a loyal Lexus customer for over 12 years. They just seemed too busy really, I left feeling dissatisfied but otherwise the service of the car was good.
Everything was exceptional. Jorge was incredible….so helpful and everything went so smoothly.
Hugo was knowledgeable, pleasant and helpfull. I was 100% satisfied with my experience with the Glendale Lexus service.
Please make sure to follow up with a call or text confirming the car is ready in the future. Not sure if it was a system glitch. Greatly appreciate the great service!

I don’t think I will be able to purchase a car for a while or ever. The day the car no longer can be driven, I will stop using a car altogether. I financially can’t. I don’t foresee buying a car ever in the future regardless of brand. The customer service was good if that is what you are curious about.
1. Had to get a transmission reset on a gx550 with 400 miles/it was performed
2. Asked to get the s flow programmed to be off. Online forums indicated that it was no issue and many dealers could it easy. Someone came and hooked up a laptop and claimed the issue was resolved. It was not
3. Ask to see if traffic jam assist was working as I could not engage. Hugo reported there was no “traffic” to test it
4. After my car was ready had to wait 30 mins
So not satisfied at all. Had been to Keyes and decided to try you all. Probably won’t do that again
