Very professional staff, provide regular updates. Only thing is when I got my car, the front seats and dashboard was full of white particles that came out of the air filter. Just be mindful of how you are returning a customers car. The staff was good and cleaned it all up for me.

I’ve always appreciated the great service at Lexus Glendale, that always gets 100% satisfaction for me. I think Sean has the potential to be a really good serviceman- I mentioned to him regarding my front bottom right bumper, which seem to have popped the locking pin as I ran into a garbage bag in the disgracefully dirty part of downtown LA, it’s slightly opened and separated from the fiber glass bumper, he said he’ll have the tech look at it but after getting my car at EOD, though I wasn’t expecting it will be fixed - I didn’t get a comment Nor a report about it. At least if there’s something to be done at a fee, I at least could consider it. Oh well. Maybe next time, that’s the Only disappointing part of this service but overall great job as always.

Communication with Lexus of Glendale has been hit and miss. Came in for a diagnostic test with Tony Chavez this past Sat, Sept 27 at 7:45a. He told us the car would be ready at noon (as we had a wedding to attend) but had to call at 2p to inquire about the status of the vehicle after leaving Tony multiple messages and a return call request. Additionally, we had questions regarding the diagnostic findings and decided to go through Chris Garabedian. This past Tuesday, he informed me he would give me a call back after speaking with Tony and the technician. That call never came in.
As always, the service department and the advisor were great. I bought my first Lexus in 2002 and the one I am driving now in my 2012. I have always taking my cars to Lexus and the service has always been outstanding.
Lexus of Glendale is one of the reasons - I look to purchase a Lexus first above other brands.
Tony Chavez is the best Service Rep I have had. He knows your products and can help me navigate all the ins and outs of our 2 Lexus autos. Highly recommend him.
Dealing with Lexus of Glendale has been a positive experience. I especially like Danny Mara as my service advisor. He took my concerns seriously and I felt I was getting personal attention.
