Jorge is the service representative I see every time I bring my car in for service, he is always so polite, professional and has always been respectful.
He patiently informs me of my cars issues and will always get my car running smoothly.
Joel was fantastic. Provided great customer service, was friendly and knowledgeable and I enjoyed my interaction with him. I will ask for him again next time my car needs to come in. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give him a 12! He’s a great asset to your team there.

Wasn’t kept informed of delays in part ordering when told a 10-12 day window. 14 days later I called, then told would be an additional 3 weeks back order. But then parts called same day to say it came in. Part was replaced and fixed and after I left, found out now a feature that previously worked, now doesn’t work. Most disappointed and frustrated that I have to make another trip down.

The best customer service experience I had in 2025. Everyone was fast, promp, and super friendly! I went in thristy. They had cold water, drinks , and all kinds of goodies. The bathroom was clean. Everyone was so friendly. I am so happy I drive a Lexus. Please teach Atwo on cusomer service.

The contact at service department was great and friendly. The cashier was not and also training someone. I waited after service was completed to request keys. One person was behind sales with a trainee. One person was behind cashier desk, we waited as she received a personal Porto’s delivery during the lunch hour. As the line grew, the person behind sales came over and said “who are you?” Perhaps they were understaffed but it was a bit of an unpleasant encounter to an overall great service. I think I will be going to another location for future services.
