Not happy with the service at all!
You texted me to give you feedback on your service when your shop still has my car.
And, i called yesterday for an update on my car, as Erik never reached out. He was gone already. I requested a cb from his colleague to advise me of the status but never got a call back.
What is happening to Lexus? Look at my history with lexus cars ( not good incl previously owning a vehicle declared a lemon , hvng issues w current car right out of the lot, other stuff, and now this utterly unprofessional handling of the service). I can not recommend Lexus anymore.m, though used to be a firm believer in its quality of cars and service.

I am a Lexus driver of 19 years. This is only my second car because the first RX lasted forever. You guys made it as convenient as could be to bring the new car in for three consecutive check engine problems. Love the car otherwise and presume we are good to go at the usual Lexus standard.
This is my fourth car from Lexus. I keep coming back to the same service department because everyone there really works hard to satisfy.
