I was not satisfied with the outcome of my recent service visit. Vehicles today are complex and require technicians who can think critically beyond what the diagnostic scanner indicates. In my case, there was a clear issue that developed after a battery installation, yet it was not properly considered as a possible cause. I expected more thorough problem-solving and accountability from the Lexus service team.
I am very happy to be able to fill out this survey and comment on Danny Mata. I have been a Lexus customer for years, and have purchased and referred others to Lexus, who have in turn purchased vehicles. I want to say that many of the service representatives have been extremely nice, but I have to honestly say not all were forthright as to what they recommended, as I have on occasion found out that some of what was said was not accurate. At one time, I was going to pursue service elsewhere. Danny Mata brought it all back to me in a positive way. He has always been genuinely caring about our needs and service and has always been straightforward and honest. He is one of the reasons I decided to stay and receive service at your local dealership. I think he should be commended as he is an excellent representative for your company. And because of him, at least for me, persuaded me to remain a Lexus customer. Please give extend my thank you to Danny as I believe everyone should operate with he care and commitment that he has for his customers.

I really think you guys charge too much. I requested lower prices to match rates commensurate with other options based on quoted I had gotten from others in the area. Although minor discounts were provided, they were nowhere near enough to get my return business. Thank you

It was average service, not completely satisfied. Windshield chip that was repaired thru insurance ( tires and wheels) still visible. I wasn’t explained what would happen with it when I asked initially. They can’t find why the display area makes static/crackling sound while driving sometimes. Test drove with the tech for 10 min, but it did not happen then. This was my third complaint about it.
