Sometimes taking your car to the dealership is like going to the dentist something you don’t look forward to but something you know you gotta do. Tony makes this experience so much easier and less stressful. It’s like having a friend making sure that you are being taking care of. When I schedule maintenance I try to work around Tony’s schedule to be sure he will be service advisor. Be sure Lexus that you realize what a valuable employee you have in Tony
