While the service advisor was friendly, it took way too long for me to have my scheduled, regular maintenance completed. My appointment was for 7:15am, and most of spaces in the maintenance garage were empty at that time. Despite that, it took nearly 3 hours for my 15,000 maintenance inspection to be completed, and over another hour for my suggested alignment to be completed.
When the appointment was made, I said that I would wait for my car and I said it again to the service advisor after I arrived. The mechanics seemed to have no sense of urgency in servicing my car, hence I had to wait for over 4 hours for a scheduled appointment that should’ve taken no longer than 1 1/2 hours, especially because I arrived early and before the later rush occurred.
Erik was helpful and helped me learn some things about my Lexus that I didn’t know. As always, the service was completed within a reasonable time frame and charges were reasonable.
So far from all the service techs I’ve had to work with Mark was great! He listened to my issues with my car and took full control to accommodating my needs. When in the future I need more assistance with my car I would like to request Mark to be my agent. Thank you again for everything.
