They took someone who was supposed to be after me since the line wrapped around the street and wasn’t taken in at my appointment time so I was late coming back to work. I live in Glendale but bought my car at Keyes Lexus due to them having better service. I thought service department may be better but it really isn’t unfortunately

Communication was lacking. I brought my newly purchased TX 500h in to have the additional accessories I purchased to be installed this past Wednesday 1 week ago. I was told the car should be done in 1 or 2 days. 2 days went by, I did not hear from my service adviser, Mark. I called on Friday and was told someone will call me back. No one did. Mark did call on Saturday and left a message that the car won’t be ready until next week, because of missing part. Again no body called on Monday or Tuesday this week. I had to call late yesterday afternoon. Finally someone left me message that the car is ready this morning, one week later.
It looks like you are way too busy to give clients like me the attention and courtesy I should have expected. I will bring my future business to another dealer.

Sean had great attention to detail and was extremely knowledgeable about the services I needed on my vehicle. He quickly and accurately addressed my questions and concerns and made the entire process so intuitive and easy! Tony was very friendly and communicative. The wait was a little bit longer than anticipated, but he was gracious and transparent about the delay. Also appreciate that he explained to me the rough cost for the next service (so that i can budget for it).

I am so pleased with the consistent superb service from Danny the last couple visits … he is now my new “go to” consultant. Joel maintained a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor. He informed me what was included in the regular service and suggested the alignment for m car for an additional price and reminded me that I have eight additional services that I paid for when I purchased my vehicle… which I probably forgot about. I request Danny when I call in because the level of service he provides is exemplary and his manner and attentiveness is above and beyond. He is a treasure and an asset to Lexus of Glendale and should be rewarded accordingly. My boss had a 1998 LS he refused to update and the company serviced it through Jim Falk and they gave it great care. They loaned me several cars as I serviced it but while excellent it was nothing like Lexus of Glendale’s service, but the loaners converted me to Lexus so I’m thankful for that so I’ve been coming to you for ten to fifteen years where my own cars originated. Employees like Danny keep me coming back and I’m thankful
