I scheduled an appointment specifically to have my blackout emblems installed. When I arrived, I was told the body shop had to handle it, which led to a lot of back-and-forth. Ultimately, it was a waste of my time — I didn’t come in to sit and wait an hour just to get a loaner for a recall that, just last week when I was at the dealership, had no resolution. I had no intention of returning for that recall, and on top of that, the service I actually came for wasn’t completed
No need to contact me . Nothing to do with my service in fact my service advisor did a great job Eric Ucula ! More to do with your salesman not a single good morning or greet from any of them . They are the first faces as you come in the dealership. They are supposed to make people feel welcome and I didn’t get that from any of them . In the afternoon when I returned to pick up my vehicle. There was an older gentleman of the bunch he is the oldest of all the salesman seating in the from of the massage chairs entrance. I wish I would catch his name totally friendly stood up and greeted us told us about your need coffee maker making small talk and making you feel welcome .the rest of the salesman should learn more from him. By the way one the massage chairs doesn’t work. That’s all the feed back I have . Next time I purchase a Lexus I will be looking for friendly attitudes . Thank you David Quijano

Great experience. Everything went like clockwork. Greeted by a team member then met by Mr Wong. Highly professional, efficient but also extremely warm and welcoming. I got the feeling that everyone was part of a highly trained team. Very impressed and better than in the past! Congratulations!
Service advisor may need a bit more experience in communicating and presenting information to customer in a more complete and less mechanical manner. A softer tone can also be used to allow better customer experience, and avoid giving a “not helpful way.”
Service Manager is very helpful in providing detail and clear explanation, with a very helpful and welcoming attitude with great patience, which is very much appreciated, especially when the customer is feeling lost.
