Bad service. No updates on vehicle or status unless I reached out numerous times. Service appointment that should have taken a day turned into my vehicle being at the shop for a week. Dropped off wednesday, promised later that day turned into promised on a Fri/Sat. Saturday comes and worker informs me that the parts have no even been ordered / received yet told me the car would be ready on that day. Monday still not ready. Car was not ready until following wednesday and my car still has same issue I took it in for after spending $1500 for a repair. Not transparent, no updates, bad service.

when I made the appointment, I said I would need a loaner car but when I arrived, there were none left. That seems unacceptable.....
On a different note, I was very satisfied with my service rep Tony.
My experience was excellent. He was very helpful and this is the second time that he helped me. He has excellent area of work. I definitely recommend him. He’s very detailed. His help is appreciated.

This experience was not great.
When I first drove up, there was one car very far back and a lot of room up front where I always pull up for service. Thinking that car was waiting for someone (near door to lobby) I pulled up to the area next to the service offices. A guy came over and reprimanded me in a nasty tone“ why are you here? Why didn’t you stay behind that car back there? There’s a line you know” I said why are you yelling at me? I didn’t know. Anyway he set a really nasty tone which put a damper on the whole thing ahead. Someone said his name was “ withman”. Everyone else was nice. Then I was told out would be 3 hours so I said I’d wait because sometimes when I wait they go fast. Well I waited for 4 and a half hours. I finally said something and they tried to hurry up a bit.
Anyway not the greatest experience.
The team was great! What is needed to fix my car is outside my funding availability at this time. Argenis and his manager went above and beyond.
I was also helped by another service advisor after Tony left.
He was very helpful
