Argenis took the time to record a video of the whole car after I communicated that I wouldn’t see the car in person before buying which I really appreciated and added a level of confidence in buying.

Service department has the worst customer service ever, it’s shame to hire such an advisor who has extremely bad customer service. I filed complaint with the corporate.hopefully you guys will hear it from them soon

I really appreciated how our service representative took care of us. When the car was brought up, the glove compartment was on the floor and he immediately took it back to service to have it repaired.

Thanks for the service but second service in a row where my car clicker did not get a battery change suggestion even though it is alerted on my car. I have a baby and have no time to come back to the dealership. What happens if the battery dies???

I paid $240 for a car detail. There were smears on the inside of my windshield and on my navigation screen. I expect perfection if I’m paying for it. Also the next day I realized my door lock button on the back hatch doesn’t work. Now I have to make another trip to have that repaired and I better not be charged.
