I’m reaching out regarding my visit yesterday for the 30,000 mile maintenance service. I picked up my car in the evening so I didn’t notice any problems until the next morning, I noticed a scratch on my vehicle that was not present prior to the appointment.

I am always impressed with the level of customer service provided here. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure customers are satisfied. I personally request Mark every time my car needs service because I trust his expertise and honesty. He communicates clearly and ensures the job is done right the first time.

My service consultant was awesome however I was not happy with the scheduling I had an appointment with Sergio who was not in the day of my appointment I should have been notified of this change otherwise completely happy
