The LEXUS RX350 that I own is the first luxury car that I have ever owned...what a waste of time and life experience on my part. My enjoyment of the vehicle was only expanded by the professional Service Operation received at Glendale Lexus. Total satisfaction starting with the appointment car line-up upon arrival. GREAT SERVICE.
I didn’t catch the person’s name who took care of my service, but he was excellent.
He informed me that i would not get the visit covered if I didn’t get the full service, so I did.
I expressed I was in a hurry and he was able to get the stuff done in the time he promised.
He listened to a client and was knowledgeable with his job.
Erik provided excellent service from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the process. I’m very satisfied with the experience.

After buying a vehicle from this place, I expected to be treated like family and thought loyalty was a big thing to Lexus. However, I have learned that Glendale is not at all like my previous Lexus dealerships I have purchased from. When I choose to buy my next Lexus, it will not be from Glendale because your dealership does not care about the customer, just the money and rushing through everything. The service has gone down greatly at this location!

I don't understand the point of an appointment system if anyone can bring their car in any time and receive the same service.
I recommend Lexus of Glendale implement an expedited service line for appointments only. (Glendale Ford does this.)
Also, vehicles with service appointments should be given priority and not have to wait over 24 hours to have a general service done.
