I met Jorge Navarro a while back right after Jesus left ,the first time i met Jorge he made me feel like im home again him bring my new advisor. He helped me out with my 2011 RX 350 . Last year we purchased 2 new vehicles a 2025 TX350 and a 2025 RX 350 only thing we bought it from lexus of cerritos. But i told myself when its time for service and all i would bring to Jorge because just like Mario Jesus Jorge is a honest service advisor professional he doesnt give you the run around and for sure hes not there to take his customers money he will tell only the things what yourncar really need not for him to make a lot of commission. Polite and always have time to listen to you. That is why i still go to glendale because of jorge

Despite being one of the newer members of the service consultants team, Danny does a superb job for me. He patiently explains everything I have questions on, and always delivers on his promises. He is organized and knowledgeable, and he has a great sense of what good customer service should be. His enthusiasm for his work is refreshing! It is a pleasure working with Danny, and I would recommend him to anyone needing service for their Lexus.

Chris was helpful, kind and professional.
However the "Quality Vehicle Inspection" report I was given (with one exception- brakes front and back and tire) contradicted the multiple service recommendations. If I did not read the report it would have cost me thousands of dollars. I was easily able to find affordable services elsewhere, and when looking more closely at the report realized that most of those services are not actually needed and were also not indicated in the inspection. For example he said my battery failed- yet the Quality Vehicle Inspection said the battery was checked and okay, and did not fail. So either you have to get your recommendations to line up with the inspection data, or something is off in your service department. I want to be able to trust the communication received when I bring in my car for service, especially and at the highest standard, from a dealership. The paperwork should correspond 100% to the recommendations made, urgency and so forth.
Again, Chris was lovely to work with- but I was left with doubts about your dealership's service department on the basis of these reports and quotes sent to me.
Sean is a terrific representative of Lexus as a whole. He's helped me several times keep my LC in great working order, and it's always a joy coming in!
Jorge was good, attentive, and listened to my issues or requests with the vehicle.
