Tony was awesome. Thoroughly explained things that would be completed during the service a d also recommendations. He also followed up with me in a timely manner so that one item could be addressesd that day and to let me know my car was ready for pick up.
I'm very disappointed. With the service I received. I called the writer Erick Ucelo from the time I brought the vehicle in. Never received a call back. Called 2-16-2026 was told he was off today, and my vehicle was ready. If this is the kinda service you will be doing.I will find another dealer to handle my vehicle.

Lexus of Glendale Service department was phenomenal. I worked with Diego and he was very attentive very professional and just very caring and compassionate. And I found Randy, the main mechanic, to be the same way. It was a true pleasure to work with them. I couldn't be more appreciative.

The work that was done was great but took longer than I thought. I dropped my car off at 11am for my appointment. My car was ready after 3pm.

Sean was awesome! It was also great to see him onboarding and training a new hire as well. He did an incredible job of explaining everything that needed to be done on my car, the best way to go about doing it, and broke everything down into bite-sized lessons for his trainee. Sean is a shining example of Lexus customer service and expertise.
