Danny was exceptional at handling a previously in resolved issue that I didn’t have time to deal with and organizing things so i could have the car serviced and also the part could be ordered and I not have to make trip back. He understood I had been misled before and not able to make it to pick up my special needs kids because of a cavalier hope it would be resolved before. He was aware of this this time and updated me to make all necessary updates for software, a part, and even gas up the car for me to not have to come back. Lexus top tier service.

Randy , was polite, He explained to me everything what they are going to do for my car. I was expecting that I will pick up that day but anyway I was able to pick up the car at 10am.No worries. This I just my opinion that u charged so much.

The car wash was done just going through the motions. There were hard water stains on the side view mirrors and all along the rear of vehicle. Considering that a car wash is part of the service, I expect the car to be clean with no obvious spots that were not cleaned. Everything else net expectations.

I have been dealing with my vehicle leaving me stranded bc of battery issues since I purchased it and now a new issue has arise due to that . Tony service advisor has horrible communication skills . Not once did he come out to speak to me the times I was there and always sent one of the guys helping move the vehicles . Gave me attitude on our first phone call telling me to contact my insurance before even having my vehicle checked out and spoke to me like I was ignorant . Took 1 week to get a reply from him . Total of 3 weeks 3 replies . Took for me to go in personally to get my last text which was my invoice sent to me on what was wrong with my vehicle. Made me feel like it was something personal because I am a Hispanic female . Decided to tow my car elsewhere . I’ve purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership with Dewaine who is great but it took one employee to make me look at this facility different because they have his titled as advisor which he has none of . My friend and I saw the way he also spoke to an elder lady that came in with her vehicle which was very rude. He should be removed from being up on front bc he’s leaving a bad image .

Brought in my es350 for it's 6 month check up. Had to returned 2 times..after 2 confirmed appointments due to long delay obtaining loaner car (over 45 minutes after checked in) Understand situation, but been with Glendale Lecus since previous location 40yrs. Never experienced this. Received car serviced/washed nicely BUT screen detail completely deleted. When I purchased the car from you no one gave any instructions how to set up! Sorry to say can't help wondering about this follow up these days.
