I have been driving with a tire sensor light for months and asked the service rep to fix it. The oil change & inspection was supposed to take two hours . I waited for four hours. Sensor light was never fixed.

My Lexus representative Danny Mata was wonderful; I have no complaints about any of the staff members. However, the wait time for general maintenance was intolerably long; had I known that I would be at the dealership for 5 hours, rather than the estimated 2-3 hours, I would have certainly driven a complimentary car home. However, an entire day was wasted, and I cannot say that I left completely satisfied.
