My Lexus representative Danny Mata was wonderful; I have no complaints about any of the staff members. However, the wait time for general maintenance was intolerably long; had I known that I would be at the dealership for 5 hours, rather than the estimated 2-3 hours, I would have certainly driven a complimentary car home. However, an entire day was wasted, and I cannot say that I left completely satisfied.

The passenger side front rim was supposed to be polished or fixed, and the the tire low warning light is on and the car is pilling very hard to the left. Had no issues prior to bringing it in. Thanks

I was really happy with the help I received from my service representative, Jorge Navarro. He let me know exactly what my car was going to need, and he kept me informed as the service progressed. Very happy with Lexus of Glendale!
