The excellent service provided by Danny Mata and the entire Service Department is of the highest level. Additionally, Danny checked in with me while waiting for valet to deliver the car and we had a pleasant conversation. Today's experience felt more like a trip to a country club rather than a trip to the mechanic.
One slight miscalculation with the time. Was told I’d get a call at 1:00pm and didn’t. I had to call and then I was told the car was ready. Seemed like it was forgotten.
Mr. Gerardo Temores was not very courteous and accommodating. Didn’t tell me that the car was ready, after waiting for more than4 hours. Didn’t even explain what was wrong.
Very happy woth the experience and lowered the cost for the service! It really makes a difference to have someone treat you well and respect on such hard times to pay any bills.

When I was signing the paperwork for the courtesy car I was subjected to the rudest, most patronizing individual I have ever encountered in my 30 years of dealing with Lexus of Glendale. I am an elderly woman. I questioned some of the items that were on your new agreement document. He demeaned me y and told me I was being difficult, didn’t like the tone of me voice. I was awful. During the whole interaction he appeared angry.
