I told the representative Eric, that when I reverse there’s a clicking noise in my brakes ,, only when I reverse he said that’s normal cause the brake pads turn when I reverse , so when I picked up the car I said did they check the brakes and then Did Not check them . What kind of service is that , I told them to check them
Service department, costumer service, and called again to ask additional service all inquiry and same service have different prices. Confusing. I could’ve save money i were given accurate information.

Danny was my consultant .. and he was great! My car for in and out really quickly and he was very pleasant and efficient.
I've been coming to this dealer for close to 20 yeara .. and the last few years ..I've had kind of uneven experiences .. but I'm really happy to meet Danny. I would recommend to management that the system encourage that consultants work with the same clients every time
They come in.. it sure does make a big difference to have a personal relationship ..with the folks who fox your vehicles . Especially in Los Angeles..

Outstanding service. Felt George was honest, helpful, informative, let me know what needed maintenance now, and what would be done next visit. I shared with him how terrible my last visit in March 2024 was, and he thanked me for returning to Lexus to give it another chance. Offered to be my advisor going forward, so I’d have someone I trusted to work with. Provided me a copy of the report plus videos. Very good customer service!
