I had a 15% coupon for 60K service. I asked the rep if Lexus Glendale if this coupon can be used as a price match. After checking he said it could and asked me when I scheduled my appointment which was irrelevant and he should have that information. When I received the invoice, the amount was higher than a 15% discounted amount. When I asked, he said it was due to taxes. Additionally the work statement said that all 4 tires were filled to 35psi when the recommended cold tire pressure for ES350 was 33psi. I told the rep and he said he would have this corrected. This was a gross mistake. I expected mechanics at the dealer to know the appropriate tire pressure. When I reviewed itemized invoice, the discount was $55 off of the $598 service which was a 9.1% discount. When I asked the woman at the front desk she said she didn’t know and kept saying it’s 15% discount which it clearly wasn’t. She then called the rep and he pulled out his calculator to show me 15% of $598 was $89. He then changed the invoice. I expected service at the Lexus Glendale to be accurate and top notch because I’ve been taking my car there since owning it. Today’s service fell severely short of previous service visits.

The most services are fine My car 15000 miles check up service & I replied one tire I believe everything check up but I see the front tire still less air .. as before your service.
