Took 20min for someone to take my car. Then it took another 3h 20min to get my car back. Elsewhere an oil change is 20min, maybe 1h if they are busy. I made an appointment a month early, does an appointment mean an appointment? I showed up on time, why did not you?

My car is brand new & I love it!
A service tech left black hand prints on my side panel next to the driver side door. This oil needs to be cleaned, which will cost me time and money to return to Lexus of Glendale for cleaning. Please reply.

I loved the customer service provided by Agenis. However, the wait time at the service department to drop off the vehicle and to pick up is always way too long no matter who the service advisor is. Nothing against Agenis. That’s one thing that can improve as an organization.

Mark tried to up-sale me on services before even looking at the history of my car or examining the car itself. These services would have been over $800 the price for my oil change and tire rotation. Also, after looking at my car’s history with this dealership, he realized I was mostly up to date on services, so he was trying to up sell me on unnecessary services. Once I got my car back, it was also found that only one thing needs to be addressed down the line, not the long list of unnecessary, over priced services he tried to sell me on. While I would use this dealership again given the past amazing service here, I would appreciate never working with Mark again.
