I had Jerry as my service representative. I would appreciate better communication regarding the recommendations rather than sending a generic text without explanation of what was recommended. I might have been more likely to consider the repairs of I knew why they were being recommended.
Jerry did an excellent job on my vehicle. He is the best service representative I have ever had. He is competent, kind and patient.

Taylor was amazing at explaining what needs to be worked on the vehicle and the turn around time.
1. During scheduling the appointment, I was promised a loaner, however when I arrived, I was told that loaner car is not available. I was lied to by your appointment scheduler.
2. I have changed my cars engline oil for over 20 years at every 5000 mile interval, however when I arrived, service manager said, the dealer changes first oil at 10,000 miles, and refused to service my car.
3. I was told to sit and wait for 2 hours with my sick husband only to be to have the tires rotated.
4. When I asked about the free car wash, I was told that if I want it, I must need to wait another 45 minutes in addition to the 2 hours. I left very sad, unappreciated and disappointed.
Next time, I will choose another dealer instead of yours, because you clearly do not care.

Not all services were performed before I was called and told my car was ready to be picked up. I checked my tire pressure on my app and asked why the psi were varying by several pounds before they realized they hadn't checked the tire pressure. I expect all services to be performed in future without me having to double checking.

I had many issues and was not updated on anything. I had to keep digging for information and had issues with the first time trying to get my car.
Jerry has always been a trusted Adviser on my Lexus and this time was no different. A small 85,000 mile service resulted in a timing cover seal replacement, costing me way above what I could afford to pay. He worked with management to get my costs down to a more reasonable level and convinced me to get the repairs done at Lexus of Glendale. Because of the trust I have in Jerry, I was convinced to stay versus going elsewhere to get the repairs completed for less. It is employees like Jerry who keep my business at Lexus of Glendale.
