Argenis does a wonderful job in the service department. He communicates very effectively, letting you know what will be done to assess your car’s problem and when you will hear what the next step will be. After that he gives you a clear idea of when the car will be ready. I always feel confident when I know he will be my service advisor. Additionally, he is very friendly and upbeat and I feel I can trust his recommendations.

Danny was great and communicative with me. However the service took much longer than expected. I was told it would take no more than 2 hours, but I ended up waiting for 4.5 hours for an oil change. If I knew it was going to take that long I would have come up with alternative plans, rather than stay at Lexus. Otherwise, I appreciate Danny giving me updates throughout the time I waited. He was very helpful.
