The communication during this process has been frustrating. I specifically requested an inspection of the check engine light and an oil change, but the spark plug was recommended as urgent without being inspected and was positioned as something I had brought the car in for, which caused confusion. Moving forward, please clearly communicate what the car is brought in for and what additional work might be needed after inspection to avoid unnecessary confusion and frustration. This situation didn’t feel right at all.

Argenis definitely gets 5 stars. Unfortunately the vehicle is purchased is giving me trouble in the design of some of the technical features built in. The car drives beautifully though.

Argenis does a wonderful job in the service department. He communicates very effectively, letting you know what will be done to assess your car’s problem and when you will hear what the next step will be. After that he gives you a clear idea of when the car will be ready. I always feel confident when I know he will be my service advisor. Additionally, he is very friendly and upbeat and I feel I can trust his recommendations.
