Very happy with service advisor Argenis to get the service taken care of quickly and offer potential service items to keep the car running in great shape.
Representative wasn’t there. His substitute was no help. I was told upfront That the repair would be covered under warranty, but after three days in the shop they were still debating whether it was covered under warranty or not. So basically the car spent three days on the lift waiting for a decision to be made, And nobody called me to tell me what was going on. Terrible service
I presented a discount coupon to the Service Advisor that I received in the mail from Lexus of Glendale for an oil change when sitting down and setting up the service. When I went to pick up the car, the coupon had not been applied. I saved myself $20 by catching the mistake. Also, the service advisor was not the most friendly guy in town. I was upbeat and courteous with all my ducks in a row. He gave me the impression I was a bother instead of a valued customer. I have had my cars serviced at LOG for years, and this was the first time being treated like that. I can tell when someone hates their job and he probably does. The service was done perfectly as usual as your mechanics are first class. BTW, the individual who arranged and took me to the loan car was super nice and made me feel good. Mario D

I was never contacted by my service provider to discus what was going on with my vehicle and when it would be ready for pick up. I expected to be frequently updated on the progress or lack thereof regarding my vehicle and I was not. However, Savannah at the cashier desk was awesome! She was very professional and personable when setting up the loaner. She warmly welcomed me into the Lexus family. She balanced out the experience.
