Car had a very odd smell when I picked it up.. smelled like oil. The car was washed but there was a lot Of water residue that made the car appear dirty. I had recently washed my car and had to re do it myself.

It’s always a pleasure to work w/Sergio. He patiently answers all my questions about the work being done and assists me when needed w/getting a loaner car. Picking up a washed car and the great coffee available in the customer service area are definite pluses.

I’m very happy with the service I received at Lexus of Glendale today. After experiencing Edgar Galindo’s pleasant and efficient attention during the check-in process, to the speedy and thorough maintenance (with video!) my car received, and the complementary rides from and to the service center. I would highly recommend the Lexus experience to anyone.
