I sent my comments earlier through email survey. It was not a great experience. It took 4:30 hours to service my car, which was a minor service at 5000 miles. It is not Jorge’s mistake but apparently you are understaffed and that was the main reason of the delay and frustration.

Today might have been the easiest time and best service I’ve ever had at any dealership. Sergio is so patient and professional. Thank goodness! My past experiences in other places have been less than stellar and it tainted my image of people in the car industry. Thx to Sergio and others there, I’m actually feeling confident about car people and mechanics again.
