Mitchell S. was not a satisfactory experience as far as the Service Department employees go. I have been happily going to Lexus of Glendale for all of the service for the LS since I’ve owned it starting in 2019. Mike was my first experienced happy and helpful service department person. I enjoyed his customer service for many visits until I he decided to move on. Then I was fortunate enough that start/ meet Jesus. He we excellent at his job. Sadly he was no longer there. Then somehow i received Mitchell S. The visit before this one. He was just fine during the drop off. Normal which is fine. I ended up doing the front brakes and a synthetic oil change. When I came to get my car it took about twice as normal to collect. Which I is fine but it also didn’t have the brake light cleared and had to be sent back for some reason which took even more time. None of which is Mitchell S. fault. However he never apologized, appeared to care or even. I know my car is 20 years beautiful. But we’re talking customer service and Lexus. Not just me but People expect more. Let’s pick up the experience now October 2024. I called ahead to let the service team know that I would like to bring my LS 430 in to have the alternator replaced by your technicians. Somehow I ended up being given back to Mitchell S. With him on the line we spoke about a specific time that I would be showing up with the Ls on a flat bed to start the process of having the alternator replaced with the team. All of the process was painstaking. Also what I would call Slye remarks on his behalf and also his general lack of knowledge and understanding of the basics of the service department position. However I love my car very much and also appreciate and enjoy the Lexus of Glendale experience. Just the Mitchell S. hasn’t provided much. I had to come up with my own solution for a fog light housing and bulb, also was not provided the enough time to make a decision about additional work. I felt that everything was being rushed for no reason. So much so that it has probably made more work for everyone. The story continues with Mitchell S. Rushing my car out, however Jerry is on the case and he is PRO and am feeling positive about the situation and results.

He made sure I was able to safely get into the Lyft and sent a Lexus employee to deliver my car after servicing when he was unable to find a Lyft car I could get into safely!!
