Danny is the utmost professional!! He is an asset to your dealership. He was very professional, patient and went an extra mile to help me. He also took the time to show me how to work the Navigation screen in my car. As I said, with everything, he went an extra mile with servicing his customer, and even provided his cell number in case I need to contact him with any problems or questions.
With my previous Lexus, I never went to a dealership for repairs. From my experience with Danny, I will return for my six-month checkup.
Mitch went home around 4 PM and gave my paper wrk to another service person. He told me that my car will probably not be finished today and to pick the car up tomorrow. He told me that another service person would contact me later. At 4:40 PMI received a text that my car was ready. I rushed in and paid my bill . I waited one hour and one-half and was told
that they could not find my car. Mr. Garibaldina finally found out my car was still in the auto repair shop. It took another 45 munutes to retrieve my loaner. I am very upset and want to know how Lexus will respond.
Your service manager and your service team were excellent. However, your front office stinks. I may not ever have my car serviced at your facility again as a result of it. You have a lady that’s working that front office that appears to not want her job. She’s unhappy, and it shows in the service that she gives to your customers
