Came in at 11:15 am and was promised that the vehicle will finish by 01:30 pm end up waiting till 04:15 pm. That's 5 hours, I could've gotten a loaner and picked the car the following day. Thus I'd unacceptable.

I had a 10:30am appointment for oil change and my car did not get worked on till 2:00pm. Terrible customer service from service technician. I got my car four hours later!!!
