Jerry is great. The service of the car was great. But I had to wait for ten minutes standing in the driveway area for the valet to bring my car. Perhaps you can use your pagers with the valets, too, so customers can sit in the lounge until the car is ready for them.
I was able to find the same tire same brand same model brand new from another store 1 mile away . I am extremely disappointed at this dealership for damaging my tire bolt and putting me under so much trouble . I do not trust this dealership for anything to do with my car anymore or their honesty and integrity is under question for trying to sell me a tire that i could find way cheaper the same day at another location. Super disappointed . I paid 333 dollars with tax and installation to replace my tire . You offered me 389.99 plus tax and that was AFTER the discount . This shows me how much you guys rip off people
