Gerry is the best Customer Service Representative I have ever had over the last 20 years with Lexus of Glendale. His attitude and attention to detail is excellent.
Edgar was amazingly good. He had a good sense of humor. He explained everything. I’ll stay in communication. Definitely lived up to the Lexus pedigree for high-quality and customer satisfaction for sure.
I was happy with Argenis’s service, but very unhappy with Lexus’ policy as he tried to convince me that I was not qualified to get the service for free. This was just my second service since I leased the vehicle, and I was told that the first two services in a row come for free, but he charged me for the oil change some $127. I was going to lease my next car from Lexus again, but I lost my faith. I feel that I have been cheated and misled! Unless I get my refund.

Just trying to get more money from me. Even I have alignment the car few weeks ago and keep asking if I want to do it. Also I paid to do the refresh the ac, but the smells still exist. I have nothing to say. I won’t come here again. So bad

The service dept was super busy this morning, with a line of cars out to the street. Nevertheless, Jorge came to greet me quickly, got my car checked in, and took me to get my loaner in just a few minutes. I really appreciate the attentive and efficient service from Jorge and the service department.
The service of my Lexus took a little bit long but overall I am satisfied. Mark did great job.

dissatisfied. I was misquoted the cost of the repair.When I was told my car was ready my car was returned to me filthy. I know it wasnt spotless when I dropped it off . Still $2.669.00 out of pocket deserves the standard service benefits that come with Lexus repairs.. I have never been unhappy aith a service before this incident.

I took my car in for a regular service and to show them that the hydraulics on the trunk or not working properly. They let me know that the parts for new hydraulics would be $1600 and nearly $300 to install. My car only has 31,000 miles on it. The young man who helped me talked to the manager and was able to get the parts paid for but not the labor. So it did save me quite a bit of money, but I am surprised that with that little mileage on my car that would break down at all , when I brought my car and I had to wait over an hour to get the paperwork done and get the loaner car. That was way too long. There were so many people there scheduled in 15 minute increments. It was a little ridiculous to think that I could get out of there in a timely manner , it took four days to have my car fixed when I picked up my car, it was washed but the dashboard and everything on it was dusty and fingerprinted, I think they could’ve done a much better job on the car wash.
