Very satisfied with the experience except I believe they over inflated my tires again like they did the last time which burned out a tire sensor and had to be replaced

Terrible communication, lack of follow through, wrong tire was replaced and no explanation given for why my tire all of a sudden ended up leaking air to as low as 23 psi. Don’t feel confident the problem has even been addressed properly.

The loaner car was a nightmare! It had an alarm that went off with NO WAY of knowing had to turn it off! I had to listen to it beep for 45 minutes. That was not even a car manual in the car to figure out why it was beeping. I later found out it was related to the camera in the car.
