Mark was great. No problem with him. Super nice and knowledgeable and thorough. A plus for him.
The only reason I wasn’t COMPLETELY satisfied is a small maintenance (and wash) took 4 hrs. When he said up to 3 I guess insssumed it would be sooner and not later. I probably should have taken a loaner. The whole day was shot.,

Jorge always made it a pleasant experience whenever I brought my car in for service.
Not a fan of the new system at all. Going to Lexus always felt like a luxury, personal, cared about experience…I felt my money was well spent and a sense of quality and pride standing behind the Lexus name. Today felt very generic, factory line and it seemed liked the new process and taking videos was more important than quality care. I had questions not answered and problems not solved
