Eddie was the best service experience I’ve had at Lexus Glendale……..and I have been coming there for 7 years. He was kind Precise. Apologetic when it took almost double the time I was promised. He looked for little ways to communicate with me when he must have realized I could not hear him if he was standing behind me and knelt down to bring his face close to me and talk to me in a normal way instead of shouting as some people do. He gets an 11/10.

I think someone forgot to put a battery in my key fob because my low battery key fob alert comes on in the car. Outside of that it’s all good.
Great Service. Argenis was the best in expediting my problem as we were driving that evening going out of town. I surely appreciated his help with getting me in and out inenough time to still pack and leave as we planned. I do intend to do more service with Lexus of Glendale.. Service took quite a good time, but every single service rep was upbeat and personable. A little difficulty with the loaner, but it all worked out and I'm very happy that this is my Service home. George is amazing and was super super helpful.
Service was great. But the wait to get a loaner (over 50 minutes) was totally unacceptable.
