I was completely satisfied!!!

I was told that I needed 2 new front tires. I agreed to purchase them. My car was supposed to be ready at 1:00 pm (I dropped it off at 9:45) because I had a 3:00 doctor’s appointment. They didn’t start working on it till 2:00. At 2:15 I received a call that tires they advised me were in stock were not and they wanted to keep my car till Friday. Although I had a loaner, it was inconvenient for me to return. I told Danny to forget installing the tires and I would pick it up after my doctor's appointment. He called me back shortly thereafter and advised me that they would install slightly more expensive tires at the cost of the tires I chose. While I appreciate it, I was greatly inconvenienced that the car wasn’t ready until hours later than promised. Also, when I picked it up, the maintenance light was on, Danny left and I had to find someone to fix it.
