Things didn't go as expected. I paid via a link provided by the representative and appreciated beonly charged for the alignment (- $160), not the top off of the oil. I paid that amount via the link you provided. My husband came by to pick up the vehicle and they charged him the full amount, over $300. I was busy with work and meetings.
Once he returned home and we didn't realize we were charged different amounts but did realize we were both charged. He called back to the service center to tell them as such. They were confused but called back 10 minutes later. They never cleared anything up other than to say they could only cancel my charge amount. We didn't realize until today that we were charged different amounts. To be honest, it was a cluster in how things worked out. I appreciated the representative’s discount as a top off of oil and system inspection doesn’t constitute $160 worth of service,but we didn't get a discount at all and almost got charged a lot more.
